Smoked Salmon Breakfast Tacos Ok, ok. The only thing that makes this a taco is the tortilla. But I had eaten all the “taco” the night before and this was what was left. Ingredients:
 Scrambled eggs (check out how to make them really fluffy!)
 Smoked salmon
 Spinach
 1/2 cup low fat Greek yogurt
 3 tbsp chopped fresh sage
 Juice of half a lemon
 Salt and pepper
 Tortillas
For the sauce, simply mix the yogurt, lemon, and sage, seasoning with  salt and pepper then set aside.  Serve on the rest of the ingredients,  in a tortilla. High-res
