2011 Recipe Roundup

I’ve had some vague notions that I’m going to post again in 2011, but as it comes to a close it’s becoming less and less likely. I leave this weekend for two weeks in Vietnam, and I’ll report back next year with some awesome new recipes, but for now, have a look at my favorites from this year.

Seafood: Sesame Crusted Tuna with Roasted Radishes, Pomegranate and Red Onion

Vegetarian: Peach, Mushroom and Blue Cheese Pizza

Dessert: Vanilla Cupcakes with Passion-fruit Buttercream Frosting
